Our neighbor has had lovely bright orange flags marking his sprinkler heads for about 5 months now. He was going to have his yard aerated in Sept. and didn't because of bad weather so he decided to leave them up until spring. I cannot find anything in the HOA book about this but is sure is UGLY. Any suggestions?

Yes, be happy it's not something worse. Little orange flags don't seem too hard to take.

Probably wouldn't be too hard to take for a short period of time but not as a permanent decoration!! Makes our neighborhood look like a construction zone!
