    A 13 year old's environmentally friendly lawn care business (Townhouses)

    Mowing (Environmentally Safe Mowing):

    -Front: $3.00
    -Back: $5.00
    -Sides: $3.00

    Weed Whacking/Edging: $2.00

    Lawn Fertilization (We Supply Weed And Feed): $10.00

    Trimming/Planting: Available upon request

    Leaf Removal: Available upon request

    Weeding: $3.00

    Mulch Spreading (You Supply Mulch): $9.00

    Please adjust your prices, because you will be taken advantage of by members of this community. My sons both have been shortchanged and unpaid for services that they performed. Sometimes, they were able to get the person to pay them after he confronted them, other times not. My sons charged 20-25 dollars for lawn cutting for townhomes, which included edging. Also, for mulch it was $2.50 per bag. Good luck with your endeavor.

    Get paid up front! Especially since (IMHO) these prices are a good bargain.

    Prices are too low....bring them up more and insist on getting paid upfront. If they refuse, move along. Don't trust people who might skip on paying you.

    Agree, JLArnold your rates are what I charged in the 1970's for TH size lawns. $10-$15 for a small lawn is reasonable if nothing else is done (trimming, bagging, sweeping, etc.)

    As for the jerks who shortchanged or didn't pay for their service; take a pic of there house and post it here. That's shameful!
