Looking for a home for sale in the broadlands

We live in a townhouse in the Broadlands.... we are now looking for a house as our son's are getting bigger and would like a little more space.
We want to stay in the Broadlands as our oldest is currently in Kindergarten at Hillside.

If you know of anyone considering moving.... please let me know we are very interested...

 

There's one or two on Marsh Creek ... probably around 600K or so.

In Southern Walk--right near Mill Run Elementary.

We want to stay in the Broadlands as we love the area.. but it's tough to get a house.

 

We will be selling our home for sale by owner starting next Friday, June 10. The home is located at 21328 Small Branch Place and our phone number is 703 723 0889. It is an Aspen model that was fully loaded with almost every Van Metre option when we built the home (hardwoods / tile / high sealings, home theatre system, Internet cat 5 wiring to every room, finished walkout basement, etc, etc). We have made many upgrades like new appliances, landscaping, fence, new carpet, fence, deck built to hold screen porch or addition, laundry room renovation, etc, etc). The home is located on a quie cul-de-sac street on the Bull Frog pond (e.g., peaceful and quiet backyard on the pond where your kids can feed the geese or go fishing every day in the summer). If I'm not mistaken, if you want you're child/children to continue going to Hillside, you need to stay on the "Hillside" side of Waxpool. If not then you're kids will go to Mill Run.

Hey Kat.. Yea just threw the site up myself.. Havent put it on the market yet. I will probably do that sometime late July or so.. Unless someone is interested before - really I will just list and market it then so until that, I am just maintaining this site..
