Looking for end unit townhouse in area for friend relocating to area.

I have searched numerous websites with little luck, therefore I am hoping some one here may know of an end unit townhouse for lease in the Village/Clairborne area. I have a friend who is relocating who wants to be near my location in the Broadlands.

There is an end-unit townhouse for sale on Autumnwood Sq - off Claiborne and Vestals Gap, near the Safeway.

 

there is one off of village/ bayard terrace for sale, actually all down village seems to be a number of homes for sale.

 

Isn't that one on Autumnwood one of the Townhouses recently with a Foreclosure? I thought that was 1 of 2 that the guy from Opus Jewelry lost, along with his business... just curious myself.

 

thats ok guys.... I already followed you guys home. I KNOW where you live already. But that area is also where we started out... we lived on Vestals Gap and then moved into Southern Walk. We got lucky and cashed out with perfect timing (from a sales standpoint). I have been helping a family member look around, but I think these are out of their price range...

 

There's an end-unit with a sign in front on Windy Oaks Square.

(First right past the competitive pool complex in case you're not familiar with the area)

 

If it's the same guy, then one of the forclosures is also on Windy Oaks. But it's not an end-unit, at least not the one with the big sign on it that says "FORECLOSURE".

 

If this one is out of their price range then there are not many homes around here that are in. The house is worth a lot more then it is going to sell for. The last I looked it was priced at $389,900. If that is out of your friends price range you might want to talk to the seller anyway and see if they are interested in some kind of rental agreement

I did not see the price yet but that is pretty good. How many square feet do these have (generally)?

 

I think they are about 2000 for the end unit (that does not include the garage area as I remember). It is a miller and smith Windham model. And the lot backs up to lots of trees so it is a great location

Everyone, Thanks for the responses. As my friend will only be in the area for 18 months, therefore he is looking for a lease/rental unit in the $2200 per month range, which seems to be the market average. Kudos to the neighborhood for Halloween participation. Were from out of state and this is our first year here. The kids really enjoyed the high level of participation in the community. Reminded me of my youth.

 

How about a 2400sqft 2 car garage TH end unit with lots of open space and backs up to a wetland? Available around Jan 1. Maybe earlier. I hurt myself so I can't move quickly
