Received a note from the association requesting that I replace the mailbox post. Don't have a problem with this as it is definitely time to replace. But have no idea how to go about doing this. Do Home Depot or Lowe's sell standard kits that fit HOA guidelines. Not a do-it-yourselfer and don't have any power tools so cutting the wood myself seems like it would be an exercise in frustration.

Any advice from those who have replaced the mailbox posts in the past?

This is what is on the website here about mailboxes.
"Main Street Mailboxes as they installed the majority of the boxes in Broadlands. They can be reached
online at http://www.mainstreet-mailboxes.com/ or by phone at 1-571-379-8454."

They were great. It was only like $120 including installation.

I got a notice too but I can't find it and I need to know the colors for paint/stain.

Can someone please post here the colors that were in the letter?

    Thanks,
    Jim

Got it figured out. Home Depot knows the color - Just tell them Broadlands Mailbox and they will know what you are taking about.
