Mailbox Posts

    I have been in Broadlands for about 7 years now and my mailbox post is in need of painting. As a homeowner am I allowed to do this and if so where do you get the paint that will match the rest of the neighborhood?

    As a member of the Modifications Subcommittee, I can say:

    1. There is no problem with you repainting your post.
    2. That is a problem, best bet is to hit one of the aforementioned home centers and grab a few exterior color swatches and see which color is closest.
