$68.00 is correct. I think it was mentioned somewhere earlier but I'm not sure. We received our coupon booklet, maybe late Nov - early Dec, with $68.00. We do our payment online - I wonder if there is some way that we can request to not receive the booklet (save a tree!)

If you sign up for automated payment through Armstrong Management, you will not be sent a coupon book. The form can be accessed here http://www.broadlandshoa.org/fileshare/files/108/Armstrong_Auto_Pay_Application.pdf

$68 - wow I'd gladly pay that amount, but the HOA would have to vacate the lawn package for Courtyard homes, considering our BHOA assessment is $119.25.

I too missed the announcement - my townhouse went up from $82 to $83. I have automatic billpay set up with my bank and I paid the old $82 on Jan 1. I called Armstrong and they said I should just add the extra dollar to the next payment. They said I would not have any interest charges but that I might get a letter reminding me that the rate changed.
