Need Advice Mover Companies

If you could provide a bit more detail of what type of move you are talking about, you will likely get some practical suggestions.

Are you looking for packers and movers that do the whole deal? are you packing the stuff yourself? How far away is the move? would you consider looking only for manual help with the move? etc. etc.

For example - for our last move we did all the packing, rented the truck, and we just hired helpers to load the truck at source, and unload at destination. That works if the move is over a very short distance.

 

When we moved from Leesburg to Ashburn in October 2013 we used My Guys Moving and Storage. They were great. But I had packed everything myself. Very professional, careful, used tarps to cover all floors. Our total price came in lower than the estimate.
