Nature Center cut through cut off

Hmmm,[?] I wonder why they closed the driveway between Ridgeway and the Nature Center parking lot. Was it the construction traffic? Or perhaps Southern Walk residents trying to save 30 seconds. Or maybe the clever Mill Run parents who would clog the driveway while dropping/picking up their kids. None the less, I glad they did since now the Nature Center playground and tennis courts will be a safer, quieter place. No longer will parents fear cut-through traffic near their kids playing at the ONLY playground in Trillium neighborhood (look it up on the community map). Too bad Trillium residents can now only access the Nature Center parking lot from Claiborne. That driveway was convenience that was used like a through street. Used and abused, now its gone, serves us right.[V] Did I cut through? Sure sometimes to avoid the construction bottleneck at Ridgeway and Claiborne. But eventually construction will abate and Winridge will connect through to Exit 6 on the Greenway. I hope they eventually remove the unsightly ROAD CLOSED barriers[B)] and replace the driveway with grass and landscaping.
