Tried the search feature, but it's not narrowing down and I am having trouble searching through pages of posts to find some info.

Looking for local painter recs. Someone that can do an estimate today on painting a deck and possibly some sanding and painting work on an outside stair railing.

We used someone in the past, Jose, who did some indoor painting for us and were very happy. It's been a few years though... Anyone have his contact info or any other recommendations? Thanks so much!

I have heard good things about Ronald Jinenez with RJ Painting & Drywall
703-932-0551. Personally I have not used him but know a lot of people who have and I have seen his work.
As for Jose, I found this contact info in an old forum Jose Iglesias- 703-296-1983
Personally my recommendation would be with Kris's painting Kris's painting 571-220-0749. I have always been very happy with his work and when I have gotten several bids he was always the cheapest.

Kris is awesome. He also supports our community and painted Winnie-the-Pooh Preschool (with which he had no prior affiliation) for free. What a good guy and I have hired him personally and been very impressed with his communication and the workmanship was GREAT!

Kris is a really nice guy and does great work, but his prices were really expensive. He gave us an estimate for powerwashing/staining our deck and fence last year for close to $2,000. We got a quote a few weeks back from another guy to do the exact same thing for $580. When we painted our entire house, we used Homeworks Painting. Estimates from Homeworks came in about $750 less than Kris. But Kris is a nice guy!
