Home Repair Need recommendations-Concrete

My first front step of the concrete front porch (its part of the walkway before actually getting onto the porch step) is slowly sinking due to the fact that Van Metre's crappy concrete contractor didnt put down any gravel before pouring the concrete dow. Step has been sinking about an inch per year....am told that i would have to have the entire first step demolished and gravel put down and packed before new concrete step can be poured properly.

Any contractors or people who can do this? Need reasonably priced ones and good quality ones at that.
