Okay thanks. I posted a lost item and promptly found it.
Having trouble uploading a pic to a posting. Any help is appreciated.
Make sure it's a supported format... like jpg and not way oversized (file size limits). Also, make sure you are using a decent browser and there aren't plugins that might be blocking the functionality of the webpage
How do you update a title of a thread? Thanks.
You can use the report post link to make requests you can not do yourself
I didn't realize when registering that my full name would be shown as my user id. Can an administrator edit my account and change my name to something (anything) other than full name? Some combo of initials or even something random. Thanks!
pick a alias you'd like to use.. use the member list in the menu bar then use the 'find member' search box on the right side of the page to see if its not in use, then 'start a conversation' with me and I'll fix you up.
when I access the new posts either through the "What's new" tab or the new posts button, there are two sub tabs - one that says "new posts", and the other says "new profile posts". Looks like the "new profile posts" shows PM conversations of everyone .. doesnt that defeat the purpose of the PM feature?
Profile posts are not PMs... but rather posts on someone's profile page instead in a forum topic. Think of it like a facebook wall for a user..
'Conversations' are user to user and not visible to those outside the conversation.
thank you for clarifying!
Is it possible to edit a post (Sale item) and attach a photo a day or two later? I can't figure out
You need to be logged in. There should be an Edit link within your post.
Not sure but I think the Edit feature disables after 10-15 minutes.
I confirmed that I was able to edit a post that I made weeks ago.
Well, sure, if you want to test that feature!
I sold my item and can't figure out how to go in and update or remove it. Help!
Just reply to the thread that it is sold
Ok. Done. Thanks
