    I called home.. Apperantly we got the toter ( we are in SW), no recycle bins... Were we supposed to get recycle bins from NV?

    It just arrived...flew out of the back of the truck and landed in front of my house. Hey, at least it's here! I sensed the guy was irritated but I was supposed to call and ask for it. Anyway, :blahblah:

    All will be well as soon as the AAA stuff is gone...hopefully tomorrow with the trash pickup. :)

    Wait, you are in a TH and got your toter while some of us in SFHs still have not?! This is an outrage! How dare New Vision put a lowly TH before those of us in our palacial mansions! ;)

    I am glad you got your toter, hopefully it means that the rest of us in SW - Courtyard will get ours.... SOON!

    Why do we have separate process for getting garbage bins and recycling bins for Single Family and Town House Residents?

    What was done to notify Town House Residents of the need to call New Visions?

    It is no longer a separate process, if anyone has not yet received a toter they should call New Vision. If anyone wants a toter of a different size, whether SFH or TH, they should call New Vision.
