    Couple of questions...what is PCAM Case Study Host.
    Regarding the Burnt Hickory Pond.....is this something that can be turned over to the county like some of our other areas?
    If Broadlands HOA is going to spend money on this, shouldn't the Developer be contributing since they urned it over to us not so long ago?

    New HOA owned building in the new townhouse section on the south side of Waxpool road, east of the Greenway.

    The Association is in the final stages of the setup. Once it's ready, residents will be able to purchase a security swipe card giving them full access to the fitness center. Keep an eye on the Newsletter and the main website for upcoming details.
