OpenBand Fee Change

    Hello All,

    I just received my notice that the contract with OpenBand has finally been renegotiated. +1 for the free market and the rest of us. I see in August the fee will drop to $25 but I suspect that this is some kind of 'base' fee.

    Anyone know what that will cover exactly?

    There is 10 pages of info in the openband section (mostly repeating the same information b/c folks don't read the thread). $25 is your new HOA fee, does not include Openband.
