    Thanks. Thats great.

    Follow up Q:
Are the contracts of new townhomes which are going to be handed over to HOA by VM kosher?

Which means, Van Metre is responsible for creating this mess and thus they should be liable for it. More over, they are profiting from the mess.

I can't really speak to that. Briam Beahm of the Broadlands HOA posted earlier in this thread that the new homes will not have OpenBand. Assuming that is true, and knowing the Southern Walk HOA only exists to manage the OpenBand relationship, I would then assume that the SWHOA would not really have any connection to those homes. I think those homes would still be connected to the Broadlands HOA though, so perhaps they would know more.

Also, just to make sure the info is out there, anyone interested in learning more about what the SWHOA is doing and the current status of the relationship with OpenBand should plan to attend the annual meeting on Thursday 11/29 at 6:30pm in the Nature Center.

Please note that only residents of Southen Walk will be allowed to attend.

Broadlands Station IS part of the Broadlands HOA. They ARE NOT part of the SW HOA and WILL NOT have Openband services.
