HOA Question Overland Park Entrance

    Who do we notify to
    1. Fix the fence at the entrance to Overland Park Drive from Broadlands Blvd?
    2. The side walk (significant block of it) is out of place creating a safety walking hazard(between Overland Park Drive and the entrance to the shopping center on Broadlands Blvd).

    Call the HOA office and let them know where. It may have been damaged from snow removal and they will know who to contact for the repair.
    2. The side walk (significant block of it) is out of place creating a safety walking hazard(between Overland Park Drive and the entrance to the shopping center on Broadlands Blvd).
    It depends on where along the road it is. Parts of that sidewalk are HOA parts are, developer, parts are Saul Center and parts are the apartments. When you call the office let them know about this too and they can figure out who needs to be contacted to address.
