Painter Recommendation

I went with them but I feel better knowing I didn't get their name from the roadside signs I will however mention that road spam is annoying and no one really reads whats on them anyway!

The other two guys had great quotes & business manners as well, it was just a timeframe issue. I would suggest them even if they aren't going to paint our house.

 

No problem JenTimC. Sounds like you can use it as a teaching moment for them.

BTW, got an unsolicited email from Lori Water's Aide about the Steakhouse billboard. As a result of the post here, she has already called Zoning to take care of it- it's a violation of the sign ordinance.

Felix Merino - F.M. Restoration LLC - (703) 304-5385 - Felix and his crew just painted all our interior in addition to doing some molding work for us too. Excellent work and great pricing. I highly recommend. He also does a number of other things.

 

I saw this post, and I kept forgetting to bring the number home from work. These 2 guys painted our home, and they did a EXCELLENT job. Very reasonable, (read lots less than 2 of the others mentioned on this database). Only draw back was they spoke very broken english, but that was not too much of a problem. If you speak Spanish shouldn't be a problem, if not, one of them has a wife that's speaks both english and spanish.

Yes, and recaulked (sp) a bunch of stuff the builder (VM) refused to do at my 11 month.
