Home Repair plumbing issues

    We live in a town home on Welby Terrace. 2 years ago the kitchen sink backed up and the plumber cleared it. The same thing happened mid- March and again yesterday. We installed a new disposal last year. The plumber is telling me that the pipes may not have the proper slope and not to use the disposal. Has anyone had similar problems? What was the solution?
