Polling Place Changes

    I received my new voter card in the mail this week. I live in Southern Walk where my polling precinct was Mill Run ES which I can see from my front door. I have been assigned the new polling precinct at Moorefield Station ES. I called the Voter Registration Office and was told that because local communities are not offering community centers and other community buildings and the growth in the area they were forced to move the boundaries. There is no recourse. Anyone else upset about this?

    I would not say upset but it does not really make sense. We can walk across the street to M.R.E. but have to drive now to M.S.E. I wish they would take the new residences that don't live next door to any voting station and move them to a little farther station. I hope the school boundaries do not follow...
