Pool passes using the new app?

    Good evening! We just checked into the Southern Walk pool using our pool passes through the cool and convenient new app. When we checked in, the lifeguard advised that we couldn't check in with our phones and would need to have the physical passes with us next time. Is this the case or is it a communication issue?

    Also, one known issue with the app is that the pass images are stored locally. Which means that they can be deleted via an 'Import & Delete Pictures' function when connecting your mobile to a PC.

    We apologize for the confusion. As this is a new product, we are training the guards on the use of the app. Sometimes new guards are unaware they can accept this and we continue to address and correct this issue. Also, please note that the photo on the app must match the photo on the pool pass. Please contact the HOA office directly if you have any further issues or questions at 703-729-9704.

    Does this mean we should take a photo of the pool pass for the app photo? Our pool passes are from the first year they were issued and my kids don't look anything like their pool pass photos anymore.
