Good evening! We just checked into the Southern Walk pool using our pool passes through the cool and convenient new app. When we checked in, the lifeguard advised that we couldn't check in with our phones and would need to have the physical passes with us next time. Is this the case or is it a communication issue? Also, one known issue with the app is that the pass images are stored locally. Which means that they can be deleted via an 'Import & Delete Pictures' function when connecting your mobile to a PC. Thanks in advance for a response!
