No hospital?? No politics?? On election night?? Doesn't seem possible! But I'll be there to watch it all unfold!

 

This get-together is being held on 7 November. It is only election night for the Republicans. Due to the expected huge turnout it was decided that the election will be split up.

Demoncrats vote on 4 November
Republicans vote on 7 November

That way there will be less lines.

 

wow- i had NOT heard that! seems odd to count one party's votes 3 days before the other, doesn't it? what about independents who are voting for write ins, or people who don't want it KNOWN who they are voting for???

 

Well Independents who vote for the Democrats will vote on 4 Nov and Independents who vote for the Republican's will vote on 7 Nov

Those who wish to conceal who they vote for can show up on both days so no one can tell.

 

yeah... ppl in NoVa have THAT kind of free time on their hands- then when would they stalk the HOA message boards?!?!? lol

why wouldn't they break it up by the first letter of your last name to protect your privacy on how you want to vote?!?!? i am having a hard time believing this one folks... please to verify, clarify and truthify this 2 date claim??

 

If you don't want it known who you are voting for, you are not allowed to vote this year. Remember, that constitution thing ... quaint. ::giggle::
