Puppy found on Waxpool

    My girlfriend was driving home last night at about 10 PM and nearly ran over a Spaniel puppy on Waxpool in front of MCI near Regency Drive. He had a collar (with no tags) and was dragging his leash as well so he must have just gotten away from his owner. He's having a great time with our dog, but if anyone knows of a missing puppy, please let us know.

    We've already reported him missing to the shelter, as well as a local hospital which gets regular calls about missing dogs.
