recommendation for repair of leak around window

    I tried that number and it sent me to a voice mail box. And Kirk's VM box is again full.

    I sent him e-mails, left messages, etc. I cannot get a response back from him. Has anyone else had any luck reaching him?

    He promised to call me back about two weeks ago to work on a repair job he did previously that leaked again, but since that time, no contact whatsoever. I am now very concerned.

    Kirk seemed to be a very conscientious person, so I would like to give him the benefit of doubt, but at some point, if I do not get a response back beyond two, three weeks, I might have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which lists his business as an accredited member. :(

    I used the Apex website last week to submit an estimate request but haven't heard back yet. I also have not called to follow up, either. If I call and get an answer I'll let you know!

    Thank you. Kirk was a great guy to deal with the first time, so I am more than a bit surprised and, frankly, disappointed that he has not called me back for nearly two weeks after he promised.
