I have a 1st grader who attends Hillside. Does anyone have recommendations for a great after school program? I'd love a place that is close and open until 6:30. It'd be great if the program included some form of physical and time for schoolwork/reading/etc.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

I've had my daughter in Fitwize 4 Kids for the last 3 years, this will be her 4th. They have homework time (and the homework actually gets done) along with a structured 45 minute work out Mon-Thurs. Friday is Fun Friday so there's more games, vice a real work out. A nutritionist comes in and teaches on some Friday's. All round, it's a great place. It's clean, the staff is great and we plan to stay there through middle school! They also have tumble and cheer classes, a running club, garden club and other fun stuff. You just have to see if they have room on the Hillside pick up van. I have friends who are also happy with TopKicks in Broadlands, but I couldn't give you any specifics or a personal recommendation. Good luck on your search.
