Recommendations for IT Site Visit

I am looking for IT support for my small office in Ashburn, and our regular provider is not able to fit us in at this time. Network issues, printer/scanner network troubleshooting, laptop optimization, general office optimization recommendations...basically routine maintenance type work. I would prefer to get recommendations from clients familiar with work done.

Also, in the past I've had remote assistance, which seems like a good idea, but requires me to be involved for the length of the job and I can't usually afford hours working alongside the tech; this is why I would prefer an onsite support visit. Suggestions welcome - thanks!
