Referral to Property Management Firm

    Hello,

    I'm looking at the possibility of renting my townhome in Southern Walk and am considering options for how to manage the property. Does anyone have any referrals to a reputable property management firm that I might look into?

    Also, does anyone have an opinion on the pros and cons of performing a "Rental by Owner" vs. using a property management company?

    First time renting a home out and want to make sure I'm doing it correctly!

    I would recommend Professional Property Management of Northern Virginia. We also have used McGrath Real Estate previously but would definitely not use them again.
