    One very minor caveat: you need to stay on Jim's case a bit about dates as his estimating of time required is not always the best. Not a cost as the estimates are "fixed price" rather than "time and materials", but it's a fault he seems to share with just about every contractor I've ever had to work with! :) That said, his crew were very polite, helpful and considerate throughout the job which has taken about 5 1/2 weeks elapsed.
