Corey, our six year old grey and white male cockatiel, was lost on Sunday, October 30. He flew from Broadlands Apartments towards the Claiborne/Waxpool intersection. He will come to whistles or calling his name. He is friendly but does not like to be "caught". He WILL come to your shoulder if you rustle a plastic bag or a fresh sheet of aluminum foil. If seen, please message me or call the Nature Center. Thank You.

Hi, we walk to and from school and saw your signs. My daughter and I have been looking for Corey everyday. I just wondered if you had found him.

Thank you for asking and for looking for us. Unfortunately, no, our baby is still lost. Corey is so much more than "just a pet". He's been a part of our family and everything we do at home for six years. Losing him has been more like losing a child or a limb for us. We just hope he is safe and warm somewhere. This experience HAS taught me that there are still nice people in this world though. Thank you.

:( I'm so sorry he isn't home yet. i find myself looking up at the trees when I'm walking my dog. even though I am pretty afraid of birds, I'll keep rustling those plastic bags and hope he comes home soon.
