I can't believe how poorly the roads are plowed.

My street has not even been touched! What is the HOA paying for? I see the HOA has enough money to keep the Greenway, Rt 28 and all the other main VDOT roads clear but what about my 120 ft cul-de-sac?!?

Blah, blah, blah. Blahblahblah, waaa, my street, waaah, boo-hoo, damn VDOT, hrmpf, waaaah, can't keep my car clean, sniff sniff, pity me!

Just thought I would get a thread started for this coming weekend if we get the snow currently predicted.

LMAO - you are so right in a wrong way. :devil2:

Both the HOA & VDOT did one heck of a job.

I might go 'halves" with you...or I could just beg Kaos/Brassy, by showing him my stitches and fain unbearable post operative pain..oh the agony...so he can have pity on me and possibly blow my driveway/sidewalk.

thank Linux- so so. My neck and upper back are really sore- saw the doc and have meds waiting. It was a pretty hard impact, but could have been so much worse that i feel lucky.

Oh man that stinks, glad to know you are ok (for now).

Let me know if you need a ride to/from repair shop or a good orthopedic rec.

this seriously made me laugh. i have been surprised at how efficient vdot was over the weekend and today.

redon - i hope you're okay! i got rear ended at ashburn village and waxpool 3 years ago. thought i was fine at first, then started getting migraines, etc. turns out the accident caused a disc in my neck to shatter! not meant to scare you - but just consider getting xrays if you haven't.

Why do you need a snow-blower for that short driveway? Don't you have something like 11 kids, 9 pets, 2 husbands, and a woman in an au-pair tree that could pitch in? :D

Uh-oh... definitely consider getting x-rays! I'd offer to send you a bottle of wine, but not sure you should have pills and wine together! :)

I'm currently putting in a hedge maze in my backyard. I'm going to have to have something to do when cabin fever sets in next week.

Now where did I put that axe???
