    Does anyone have any roof cleaner recommendations? I have black streaks/stains on the front side of my roof and would like to get them removed.

    Supposedly, the black streaks on shingles are caused by algae or fungal growth and typically appear only the north and east side of roof shingles. There are several contractors who specialize in removing the stains and I've gotten estimates; just not sure who to go with and was hoping to get recommendations from others who may have used a roof cleaning contractor.
