HOA Question Sidewalk on Demontt Dr.?

    Does anyone know if there are plans to install a sidewalk b/t Mooreview and Waxpool Road on Demott Drive?

    I do not hope so anytime soon, i love walking my dogs along Demott Dr on the grass.

    Would be nice to have it on at least one side. I often see people walking back and forth from Harris Teeter, sometimes at night, or during the day with strollers. Would be safer to be walking on the sidewalk. Can appreciate having the other side without sidewalk for dog walkers, however.

    I believe there are no plans to do anything until development occurs on the side closet to the Greenway. Thats where the office area were supposed to be, but now that the Mason campus will be there and no timeline I wouldnt expect anything anytime soon
