    Hi,
There is a silver Honda CRV that has been parked on Awbrey Place (basically in front of our house) for days and we don't know who owns it. The license plate is WMC-7803. The vehicle is missing its spare tire and has damage on the front left side.

We would like it moved ASAP.

Not sure what you do about that if its parked legally and has current tags.

Did you contact Loudoun County Sheriff? Make sure it's not stolen or something....

Checked with neighbors, no one knows who owns it, so we reported it....

Police said that the plates check out and that it has not been reported to be in any hit and run incidents (although they agreed it is suspicious). The strange aspect is that the owners live in Sterling...
I'm posting pictures of it here in case anyone recognizes the vehicle.

Definitely a contractor of some sort - Police did not say if they would contact the owners or not.
It would be nice if they would - maybe someone else could call the police to report and ask them to contact the owners!

We had a vehicle that was left by renters. The tags and inspection were up to date so there was nothing that could be done about it, and it was legally parked.

Just curious - if it is not parked on your property, why are so worried about it? You reported it and that's all you can do for now. Maybe the owner is in the hospital and can not get back to pick it up. Or maybe it belongs to a teen and because of the damage they're hiding it so the parents won't see it or maybe it was stolen and the owner does not know it's missing yet, or it's just a darn good spot to park a car at...there could be a myriad reasons why.
