For Sale Sofa with Chaise in excellent condition

This would be a fabulous sofa for a family, or anyone starting out or starting over! It's from a non-smoking no pets family & unlike most, we don't eat on our sofa so the fabric is very clean. The fabric has a nice simple texture to it and is durable and soft feeling. There are no stains or rips and cushions have good structure, density and shape to them. This is a very comfortable couch! Measurements: 84" L x 37" W x x 29H from the floor to the top of the frame. The chaise extends to 64"L and the back cushions rise above frame another 8". These photos make the sofa look slightly darker than it is :notice the picture of the pillow by itself to see what it looks like with more light.
