    Fellow Techies--

Just thought I would obtain anyone's experience or opinion of the Sony VAIO Micro PC VGN-UX280P Series. I am looking at the Sony web site and noticed it can be used a fully functioned PC--is this a good notebook? Any other opinions on other notebooks good or bad is helpful.

I sometimes have to commute to University of Maryland for research work for my Food Science degree and other class related work. I was looking for a small notebook to use on the road and one that can be used as fully integrated laptop. Is this "animal" viable--I do know about the small screen, etc.?

    Thanks for input.

That's a very specialized (read $$$) computer if you ask me. You should consider a more full featured notebook.
