We have a crack - fairly large - going across our road - the full width. Is this VDOT's responsibility (Inglewood) and if so, what is the rule on cracks?

yes your road is covered by vdot. don't know what the rules are but easy to contact them and ask or advise so they come look at it...

Good luck! And let us know if you have any luck. Our 25 year old street never had the final asphalt layer put on so we have raised manholes- terrible for the under bodies of the cars. VDOT doesn't care... And Windmill Drive is turning back into gravel. It's actually pretty embarrassing.
