    Hey guess what,

I'll be there to enter our Chili in the Chili Cook Off. We will also be contributing a 2nd and 3rd Prize for the Contestants. A $50 Gift Cretificate, and a $25 Gift Certificate respectively.

Please dont be discouraged in entering the Chili Cook Off for any reason. We are entering and offering prizes to encourage the success of the Chili Cook off. Hopefully the competition will be nice and friendly and I'm discussing with my Chef of possibly asking the winner for their recipe, and using it as our own, giving proper credit of course.

I look forward to the Chili Cook Off during the Super Bowl and look forward to meeting some of the community members that I havent met just yet.

    thanks alot for everyones support,
    Bo Chao

Well we do have a recipe, contrary to popular belief.

Most Restuarants will do exactly what you expect, have left over stuff, and put it in the chili until it tastes ok. But we do have a recipe that the Chef follows, which was actually contributed by a Broadlands Resident who's name happens to be Al.

We currently use a recipe, it's the only way we can stay consistant. Hopefully the winner will have a recipe we can use or get advice from.

We'll see you on superbowl sunday, if not sooner.

Sorry Bo, didn't mean to imply that a profession place wouldn't have a recipe... I was just thinking that getting a recipe from amateur chili makers might be difficult. I add spices till it tastes right.... and that varies based on my mood.

    Right On,
I know with Chili, you make it to taste, and everyone's chili is different.

If some one has a recipe that they follow, thats awesome, but if a good chili doesnt have a recipe, it's cool too. Maybe we left something out, or maybe you use a diffrent ingredient we didnt think of.

After its all said and done, I'd like to have the same chili, in the resturant, or as close to as possible, for those that missed the chili cook off. This way if anyone missed it, and really wanted to see what it was all about, they'll stop by and try ours.

I look forward to meeting everyone Super Bowl Sunday.
    Bo

    ps Dont forget your spoon!
