This forum needs another person who has to have the last word like it needs another proverbial hole in its head...

Heh, thanks. :) I painted the actual box black since we've been here tho...fits in a little bit better. If anyone is interested, I can post more pics of the place...I have a great view of the mountains out the back door.

I can confirm you are correct. I know which house that is; we looked at it before purchasing the house we live in now. One of the dealbreakers for me was that it is NOT part of Broadlands. It's part of Collier's "Waxpool Village".

Yah, we've got .62 acre in kind of a sideways pie shape...here's the view out the back door and a pic of the back of the house (guy behind us owns 10 acre and he has no plans to sell for development...hopefully that lasts. :)):

This is very funny. Welcome to the forums, haiku!

Hey, haiku, can you recommend a good website for learning haiku? I have always wanted to learn to write in haiku, but never got around to it.

Thank DL...I was afraid I might be the only San Diego native...they might suck, but we love them just the same. Well, we hate them sometimes too, but that's a fan's perogative.

Boy! I'm glad I don't have to mow YOUR lawn...

So in sum...the helmet-house isn't in broadlands? So no personal foul? No 15 yards?

I dont live in NOVA, I live in Knoxville, TN...and .62 acre isn't much to mow. I guess it is when you're used to the postage stamp size yards in your area.

Brim I live on about a half arce with a common area on the side street side so my yard actually looks like almost a acre.

To me your yard looks like JR's ranch. :)

    Looks really nice Brim.

BTW can you put a Cowboy Helmet on your mailbox I think it would make it look just a tiny bit better or just the logol of the cowboys on the front. :D
