HOA Question Temporary RV Parking

    I see that the HOA Board was proposing a change to the Resolution pertaining to RV parking from not allowing it at all, to allowing up to two days to facilitate preparing and loading/unloading for trips. (as long as you get permission from the management first and you don't exceed more than a total of 24 days in one year)

    This motion was defeated at the August meeting and is going to be revisited at the October meeting.

    As an RV owner, I think having the time to load up and unpack before and after trips would be tremendously helpful and I was curious about why it was defeated.

    What was defeated was a motion to make the change. After the motion was made the Board decided to ask for input from the residents through the newsletter and revisit the issue at the Oct meeting. The current language does not allow parking of RVs in the Broadlands at all.
