Would the proposed section 202 be added to broadlands as part of southernwalk, and be part of the mandated billing, or be general broadlands?

    Main Broadlands, not SWHOA.

How many units are low-income units? I don't see any information in the document provided.

They should have that answer. My guess is the same percentage as the rest of Broadlands.

Found a little more information. For section 202 (the part under consideration for annexation into Broadlands) the Developer will provide 4 Unmet Housing Needs units (70-80% of Area Median Income). There are 261 total units.
In section 204 (across Mooreview Parkway and not under consideration for annexation into Broadlands) there are up to 517 units.
The Developer has a requirement to also provide 22 Affordable Dwelling Units that could be built in either section 202 or 204.
Section 204 will also have 63 Unmet Housing Needs units with an average of 60% AMI.
The Dveloper can provide more exact info at the meeting in case I am not completely accurate.
