The new SunTrust Bank should have a collection box in the lobby. The one at Safeway probably .will, too. SunTrust is a big supporter of the Toys for Tots program.

Broadlands Nature Center is collecting items for kids (not necessarily toys) and the Ashburn Fire Station also collects toys.

http://www.co.loudoun.va.us/news/coalition.htm describes the Holiday Coalition in Loudoun. They run a Christmas "shop" where families come in and select a gift or two for each member of the family as well as get a food basket. They are also trying to do a complete outfit for each family member this year. They are accepting donations of all sorts of things (new) at many Loudoun businesses. they are also always need volunteers to sort, fold, keep neat and to help the families "shop".
http://www.loudoun.gov/dss/holiday/dates.htm lists things they are looking for.

Loudoun Easterner, which is across from the fire station on Ashburn Road, collects Toys for Tots.
