HOA Question Tree in front yard - no leaves

    looking for some help - I live in SW and there is a tree in my front yard that has been without leaves since the winter and I am not sure what to do, who to speak with, etc

    is this something that the HOA will help me with?

    Do they replace the tree if it cannot be saved?

    Assuming, based on your post, this tree is within your yard you are responsible for removing/replacing it not the HOA.
