Need Advice VERIZON bill issue

    Hi all

    I hope some one can advise me..

    verizon shows an incorrect entry on my bill . when I called, operator forwarded me to fraud dept. That lady put me on hold called what ever number in some other country and asked if they know us and got a yes. and then wrote on my record that there was no fraud done and sent me back to billing.

    All this took almost 1 :30 hrs . while I am on hold I used my vonage and tried to call that number. I get a " that number does not exist".

    SO I tried to escalate this on verrizon , that operator in billing department behaved like a robot and repeated" no one can help you, no fraud was done" many times and cut the line witha standard ty for calling.

    Is there anyway that we can reach verizon ?
