Would like any update on billing cost for internet only. Talked to Verizon they said internet only would be billed through HOA and not Verizon. Anyone have an updated negotiated price for internet only. Thank You.

After reading other post have a better understanding of $90. for internet (not the $129.00 mentioned by Verizon) and billing through HOA only. Glad our OTA antenna cost $00.

You live in SW? This only applies to SW, and yes, the HOA has posted information about costs, etc.

Would you or anyone kindly post a link to the pricing info. I cannot find it anywhere, only a damage report.

Here is the link to the Verizon pricing sheet that was provided to Southern Walk. https://www.broadlandshoa.org/hoafo...pricing-for-phone-and-fios-tv-packages.36063/

Remember, the Internet is a required service and billed through the SW HOA along with a separate HOA fee. Internet costs $69.99 so make sure you compare the correct and accurate costs. Openband is charging you around $84 a month for much slower internet with no guarantees or customer service... You would still be paying an HOA fee even if you could keep Openband so why pay more for slower internet from a crap company?

Yes, I think it's evident that OB will be obsolete. That's okay as long as Verizon can deliver. Thanks for the reply and the links!
