I bought my house 2 years ago from Washington Homes (on sundial ct out of chickacoane) and I really regret that. I already spent money on the boiler, changed the siding, fixed the heater and ac. The warranty is only 2 year. And of course ecerything goes bad after couple of years. Their service and warranty department are so rude. I will never recommend them to anyone.

The water heater (boiler) and HVAC should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Did you contact them? Washington Homes should have told you this. Sorry to hear about your problem with their customer service.

I've had great customer service with Miller & Smith. Even contacting them after the warranty period has been pleasant.
