We just moved to the area and have the brushy/wooded/wetlands area right behind our fence. The trail runs through this area. My question is - who maintains these areas? The brushy stuff is really thick and growing all through our fence into our grass/yard. Am I allowed to trim some of this down or is there someone I can contact to get it trimmed?

The brush is part of the common area and should be maintained in a natural state. I would check with the HOA office on what exactly you can do with the brush coming through the fence.

Thanks Neil. I just want to trim the edges so it won't come through - most of the brushy stuff has stickers that are irritating our dog (you'd thing she would leave them alone...!)I will contact them to find out what can be done. Thanks again.
