If you enjoy peanut butter fudge, here is one of the simplest and most delicious recipes I've found:

    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/3 cup peanut butter
1 jar (7 oz) marshmellow creme

In a saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a boil; boil for 3 minutes. Add peanut butter and marshmellow creme; mix well. Quickly pour into a buttered 8-in square pan; chill until set. Cut into squares. Yield: 3 dozen

By the way, this recipe and many other great ones like it, can be found in the "Taste of Home's Best-Ever Christmas Cookies & Candies" book being sold at the checkout line in Safeway! It's worth it!!
