Where to go with traffic light issues?

    Is there some traffic board or someone I can call or Email about traffic light feedback/issues? One light coming from Waxpool to Shellhorn doesn't seem to have the sensor set correctly. I go this way to work every day and have to sit through several lights on some days before it realizes traffic is there waiting to go. I've seen several drivers get frustrated with this wait not realizing that it will know we're there eventually and go through the red light. Wondering if there's someplace I can call or write to make sure someone is aware of the issue.

    which intersection are you talking about?

    Waxpool doesn't have a light at shellhorn. shellhorn runs into waxpool at the T intersection just east of minimart by ashburn rd. It's then disjointed and goes from the mini-mart up till it becomes Broadlands Blvd.
