Just thought I'd share a positive review of a new restaurant that just opened up in Tyson's. My wife and I met some colleagues for a nice holiday dinner at Wildfire on Sat night. It's a Chicago-born mini-chain that just opened up about a week ago (I think there are about ten or so across the country) - http://www.wildfirerestaurant.com. We had a great meal in a really nice environment. The place feels like a prohibition era clubhouse - really unique ambiance. Feels like Jimmy Hoffa should be pulling up a stool next to you at the bar. The menu is analagous to a Morton's only cheaper and not a la carte (you actually get a side item with your steak). Their specialty is 'crusted' steaks - we had their filet sampler that let you select three different crusts (bernaise, parmesan, mushroom, bleu cheese...). We thouroughly enjoyed our meals. They also had a nice wine list and dessert selection. We'll definitely be back.

Plus, they have a gluten-free menu (burger with a bun)!
