Window A/C - allowed?

    I was wondering if HOA will allow me to install a window a/c in my townhome?. I stay in SouthernWalk.

    Window mounted units are NOT allowed in THs and attached homes.

    Arby,
    Go to Costco.com and look at the AC units with just a duct that goes in the window. This way nothing is hanging out of your window and the HOA will not have to be involved.
